As Senior Vice President of Product, Torben oversees product, strategy, data insights and business development.

Torben co-founded HealthSparq in 2012 and brings 15+ years of broad business experience from start-ups to corporate brand names such as LEGO and Xerox. He has been driving innovative digital healthcare solutions for the past 10 years. His work has been recognized in case studies and reports by leading research institutions like Forrester Research and PwC.

Prior to HealthSparq, Torben served as Vice President of eBusiness at The Regence Group (now Cambia Health Solutions), where he established Regence as a digital leader among health insurance plans nationwide.

Torben was hired into Cambia Health Solutions from XEROX, where he led the North American Integrated Marketing Communications team. He oversaw print and digital advertising, direct mail and tradeshows. He also headed up Xerox, an award-winning startup which grew to $40M in revenue in five years.

He has an MBA from Oregon State University and graduated from the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark with an MA in English and Business.
