We currently have 210 employees at HealthSparq, working together to build innovative tools that can help real people. It’s a tall order but one that is more enjoyable when we enjoy the ones we work with. In addition to our Leadership group, HealthSparq’s broken up into many departments that work and play together.
While they might just look like numbers and words to the rest of us, our analytics and data science teams see much more in the data they work with. They see what’s important to health care consumers and what helps them make smarter choices, then act as a guiding light in the development of our products and services.
Hand in hand, step by step, Client Services is the advocate and partner for our clients. Starting with implementation and lasting through the life of our relationship, every member of this team is committed to understanding the needs of our clients and works whole-heartedly to meet them from Day One on.
At the core of the HealthSparq family are the engineers and QA folks who build our solutions and make sure they work in the way they are expected to, while DevOps ensures that we have a stable foundation of high-functioning systems, security measures and processes.
These teams often seem like the Illuminati. Quiet, unassuming and seemingly behind the scenes but the force that manages the contracts, makes sure the lights stay on and takes care of the rest of us to keep the engines running smoothly.
What does Marketing do? Tell stories. Stories about what we do, stories about the people we help, and stories about us and why anyone should care. Marketing finds new partners to work with, find new people to help and build communities of people who support each other.
If you can imagine being the conductor of an orchestra at the same time as being the composer and a musician, you start to get an idea of what it’s like to be on the Product & Strategy team. They lead our teams to create the solutions that solve today and tomorrow’s health care challenges by weaving what customers and users want and need together with technology, data and design.
What health care consumers want and need to make smarter health care choices is the focus of our Research & Design teams. They listen to the voices of the customer, then craft the form & function that delivers a user experience that is useful, empowering and enjoyable.
Before Client Services has a relationship to take care of, Sales is the matchmaker who brings it all together. They’re out and about learning who’s looking for a solid partner in health care, then loop us in when we can help address their health care challenges and deliver the solutions they’re looking for. When the interests and relationships align, Sales officially makes the transparency connection!
