Erica Low

Erica Low is the Vice President of Client Services at HealthSparq, where she is responsible for client implementations and overseeing our awesome account management team as they provide ongoing support and partnership for our clients.

Erica brings 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Prior to HealthSparq, she spent 10 years at ConnectureDRX. Most recently serving as the Vice President of Operations at ConnectureDRX, Erica oversaw the Implementation, Data, and Private Exchange Operations teams, leading them through multiple AEPs. Prior to that she held roles overseeing the Customer Success Teams and helped launch a new agency covering both IFP and Medicare products. She was born and raised in California and received her B.A. in Human Development at UC San Diego.

Away from work, Erica loves spending time outdoors with her two kiddos and their rescue dog. And during COVID, she built a climbing wall for her kids!
